F1300 Mud Pump Ceramic Liner

  • Description:The F1300 Mud Pump Ceramic Liner is a high-performance, wear-resistant component used in F-series triplex mud pumps for oil and gas drilling. Made from premium ceramic materials such as zirconia or alumina, it offers excellent hardness, corrosion resistance, and extended service life under high-pressure and abrasive conditions. Designed to meet API standards, this liner ensures reliable performance and reduced maintenance downtime, making it ideal for both onshore and offshore drilling operations.

We provide ceramic cylinder liners for various domestic and foreign oil drilling mud pump models, suitable for drilling and production environments with deep oil reservoirs and harsh geological structures, as well as offshore oil and natural gas development.

Liner is divided into Ceramic Sleeve Liner, Double Metal Liner, Carburization & quenching Liner and Chrome-plated Liner. Ceramic Sleeve Liner, Material of sleeve is Zirconia and its shell is 45#(ASTM1045)forged steel. 
 

Double Metal Liner

Material for shell is forged steel pipe or seamless steel tube, 45#(ASTM1045). Normalizing hardness degree is 160BHN(HB180-200), percentage elongation 17%(δ>17%),tensile strength not less than 85000PSI(σb>610Mpa), Flexural Strength not less than 60000PSI(σb>450MPa)and shell with HP.

Sleeve material is high chrome centrifugal, which is chrome containing 26-28%, its thickness 0.25~0.35 inch (6.35 -8.89mm. its standard thickness is 7mm and special thickness reduced has 3 kinds, 4mm, 4.5mm & 5mm. Normally, it means standard thickness if there is no special explanation ), quenching hardness HRC59-67.
