CNC Micro Machined Parts

Dawopu utilizes state-of-the-art multi-spindle precision swiss machines to produce an array of build-to-print precision CNC micro-machined components and screw machined parts as small as 0.01” diameter and 0.02” long.

In addition to working with various Aluminum and Steel alloys for micro-machined parts, MGM likewise has the capabilities of machining these parts from an array of exotic alloys such as Titanium, Inconel, Brass, Bronze, Hastelloy, Monel, Copper, Tungsten, Beryllium Copper, Molybdenum, Nickel and Magnesium. Additionally we have the capabilities of producing micro-machined components from various industrial plastics such as Delrin, Nylon, Teflon, PEEK, ABS, Torlon, Acetal, PFTE, Vespel, Celazole and others.

Unlike other manufacturing companies who produce smaller components, MGM Manufacturing will also in machine lower volume prototypes, R&D parts and spares for such micro-components.
